James Karanja

James Karanja is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 12 years of experience managing donor-funded grant programs and financial reporting. This includes previously working as the Regional Grants and Compliance Coordinator at Diakonia Sweden, the Regional Grants and Compliance Specialist at DAI, overseeing regional operations for east and west Africa at Planned Parenthood, and serving as the Finance Officer at JHPIEGO Kenya.

James holds a Bachelor of Business and Management (Accounting) degree from Egerton University, where he graduated with First Class Honors. He is also currently completing a Master of Science degree in Development Finance from KCA University.
