Overview

This paper provides lessons-learned from the experience of gender-responsive budgeting initiatives and to a lesser extent child-friendly budgeting initiatives that might inform initiatives in respect of budgeting for climate change. The author states that the paper does not give firm guidelines on any of the many aspects it covers as these are best derived by those who have experience in the area of climate change and who can thus assess which aspects of GRB experience are relevant and useful.
